Alternate Camps:
Alternate camps are the off-beat locales that aren't visited often because other, newer campsites have rendered these ones obsolete, or the campsite isn't the easiest to get to, or has certain other requirements, or players just never caught onto them for some reason or another.

Either way, if you or your party is out for some {adventure}, or if everywhere else seems crowded, feel free to try some of these places. Because of their nature, there'll be little competition, if any.

Merit Camps:
Merit camps are camps designed to be taken on by a group of level 75 players seeking limit points to earn merits points to spend to further empower their characters post 75. These camps are mainly for max level players and will generally not work for players under 75.

Comments:
Your target are Bird family mobs with all the same abilities as most bird family mobs. The only thing special about these is that they are in the 88-90 level range. Much higher level means more exp, but means more resists from sleeps. Your BRD needs to be well geared and merrited to sleep these reliably. There are a ton of spawns here which means there will be links, frequently. That also means you can infinite chain with a good group for almost as good of exp as Mount Zhaylom.

To Get To Camp:
To get to camp you'll need to first get to Nashmau. The quickest way is to Tidal Talisman warp from Whitegate to Nashmau. You could alternatively warp to Azouph Staging Point and walk to Nashmau from there. Barring all other options you can always take the boat from Whitegate to Nashmau.
Once in Nashmau take the west exit and follow the right wall around until you get to camp. The only things that agro in this part of the map are the skeletons, which agro sound and low HP.
